Team Resource Management is the effective use of all available resources for flight crew personnel to assure a safe and efficient operation, reducing error, avoiding stress and increasing efficiency.
 
The purpose of this eLearning is to provide you with the theoretical background of TRM, prior to arriving at the school for your classroom workshops and simulation.
 
The course consists of 10 modules of training that you will complete using this platform. The modules are self-paced, however, there are several online group discussions that you must participate in. Your course co-ordinator will advise you of the timings for these (please note that they will be conducted on the company intra-net, not this platform).
 
Your course co-ordinator will enroll you in your modules and they will be available under the ‘my enrolled courses’ menu.  
The modules that you will complete prior to arriving at the school are:

9.        Workload and automation
10.      Risk Management
 
The knowledge you gain from these modules will be used at the school in classroom based activities and discussions. Following the classroom work, you will then apply your knowledge in the simulator.
